ZyGEM NZ CSO, Dr. David Saul, Presents at qPCR Symposium

World experts in qPCR techniques, analyses and instrumentation, including Prof. Carl Wittwer, Dr. Jan Ruijter and Dr. David Schuster, attended the March 2017 inaugural qPCR Symposium: Past, Present and Future in Sydney, Australia. Talks covered a wide range of topics on the latest developments in qPCR including NGS (Next Generation Sequencing), Extreme qPCR, HRM (High Resolution Melt Analysis), Digital PCR and data analysis.

ZyGEM CSO, Dr. David Saul, PhD, presented often overlooked strategies for nucleic acid preparation and the dogma in which the field is mired. He introduced ZyGEM’s fully integrated, portable extraction-qPCR device, developed in partnership with Otago University, New Zealand.
